摘要
研究了溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR,牌号为2564 A)的微观结构与性能,并与牌号为5025-2的SSBR及乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR,牌号为1712)进行了对比。结果表明,与ESBR 1712相比,SSBR 2564 A生胶的数均分子量和重均分子量大,分子量分布窄,乙烯基和顺式结构含量高、反式结构含量低,混炼胶的硫化速率慢,硫化胶的物理机械性能略差,耐老化性能、压缩生热性能及炭黑分散性优;与SSBR 5025-2相比,SSBR 2564 A生胶的数均分子量、重均分子量及分子量分布相当,乙烯基含量高,顺式结构含量略高,反式结构含量低,混炼胶的结合胶含量高,交联密度相当,硫化速率略快,硫化胶的物理机械性能相当,耐老化性能优,压缩生热性能及炭黑分散性相当。
The microstructure and properties of oil-extended solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber( SSBR) 2564 A were studied and compared with those of SSBR 5025-2 and emulsion-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber( ESBR) 1712. The results showed that compared with ESBR 1712,SSBR 2564 A had a higher number-average molecular weight and weight-average molecular weight,narrower molecular weight distribution, higher vinylunit and cis-1,4-unit contents,lower trans-1,4-unit;its compounds had slower curing rates; its vulcanizates had better heat aging resistance,heat building up and dispersion of carbon black,and a little bad mechanical properties. Compared with SSBR5025-2,SSBR 2564 A had about the same numberaverage molecular weight,weight-average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution,higher vinyl-unit and cis-1,4-unit contents,lower trans-1,4-unit content; its compounds had faster curing rate,similar crosslink density,higher bound rubber content; its vulcanizates had better heat aging resistance and nearly the same mechanical properties, heat build up and carbon black dispersion.
