摘要
以南山终端液化石油气(LPG)生产工艺参数优化调整后LPG中H2S的变化为基础,通过实验测试分析找到了影响LPG中H2S体积分数的因素。提出了在保证LPG回收率的前提下,尽量降低系统H2S体积分数、延长脱硫剂使用周期、将LPG生产系统受H2S腐蚀风险降到最低的方法,以保护生产设备安全,延长设备生命周期,降低整体生产成本,提高经济效益。
Based on the changing H2S content in liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) processing data after optimization in Nanshan Terminal and through test and analysis, the factors affecting H2S content in LPG was obtained. On the recovery rate guaranteed, to reduce system H2S content in LPG and to prolong desulfurizer cycle are put forward in order to lower H2S corrosion to lowest risk in LPG system.
