摘要
LLC谐振变换器不仅可实现DC/DC变换,还在传统变换器基础上有着良好的特性。此处设计的LLC变换器不仅可达到软开关的效果,还减少了电路中的磁通损耗,在实际应用中有良好的品质特性。首先对变换器进行分析研究,然后根据变换器原理进行仿真模拟,在该变换器中,两个LLC变换器初级绕组串联,输出端两个变换器并联。并通过在反馈回路中引入变频控制芯片UC3863来实现脉宽调制(PWM)序列控制。对所提变换器的工作原理、稳态分析及设计依据进行讨论。最后以输出24 V/20 A变换器为例,验证了所提变换器的特性。
LLC resonant converter can realize DC/DC transform,also has good properties on the basis of the traditional converter.The designed LLC converter can achieve soft switch,also reduce the loss of the magnetic flux in the circuit,it has a good quality characteristics in practical application.This article firstly studies the converter,and then simulates the principle of the converter.In the converter,two LLC converter are connected in series in primary side,and on the output side,the two converters are connected in parallel.And through the frequency conversion control chip UC3863,introduced in the feedback loop,to achieve the pulse width modulaiton(PWM) sequence control.The working principle,steady state analysis and design basis of the proposed converter are discussed.Finally with 24 V/20 A output converter as an example,the characteristics of the proposed converter are verified.
