摘要
利用物联网技术提升大曲生产管理水平,实现从踩曲、制曲到评曲的生产全过程数字化管理。制曲阶段温度、湿度等环境参数实现自动实时采集、自动生成曲线,并实现超限值多途径自动报警。制曲阶段结束将踩曲、制曲、评曲数据自动生成相关报表,并支持打印。通过系统的实施,减轻了劳动强度、改善了劳动环境,提高了对人员的数字化、科学化管理水平,通过数据的积累为最终实现制曲生产的机械化、自动化打下坚实基础。
The utilization of the internet of things could improve the production management of Daqu, and achieve digital management of the whole production process including Daqu stepping, Daqu-making and Daqu evaluation. The environmental parameters in Daqu-making such as temperature and humidity etc. could be real-time collected automatically, and then generate the curve automatically, and finally achieve the ultra limit multi-way alarm. After the ending of Daqu-making, the data in Daqu stepping, Daqu-making and Daqu evaluation would generate automati-cally the related statements (printing support). Such practice could reduce labor intensity, improve working environment, improve the digital man-agement level, and lay solid foundation for ultimate mechanized and automated Daqu-making.
