摘要
陈炽是中国近代史上第一位关注葡萄酒业发展的思想家,对于如何种植葡萄、如何参用西法酿酒、如何推广等问题都有精到的论述。他对酒业发展的一些思想主张,如废除不平等条约,增加酒税,改进税制,仿照西洋方法,酿制洋酒,以增加利权等,今天仍然具有一定的启示。
Chen Chi was the first thinker who were concerned with the development of wine industry in modern China. He elaborated on how to grow grapes, how to produce wine according to western methods, and how to promote wine. His proposals on the development of the wine indus-try, such as aborting the unequal treaties, increasing alcohol tax, improving the tax system, and producing wine following the western mode to in-crease economic rights, still remain a great inspiration for us.
