摘要 近年来,半导体纳米材料硫化锑(Sb2S3)由于在太阳能、红外光谱、热电领域的广泛应用而引起人们极大的兴趣。到目前为止,已经有多种方法可用来合成不同形貌的Sb2S3纳米材料。综述了Sb2S3纳米材料的制备研究进展,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。 In recent years, antimony sulfide (Sb2S3) with nanostructures, which can be used as semiconductor materials, have aroused people's great interest due to its wide applications in solar energy, infrared spectrum and thermal field. So far, various methods have been used to synthesize Sb2S3 nanomaterials with different morphologies. Reviews the research progress of Sb2S3 nanomaterials preparation and forecasts its development tendency.
