摘要 针对某铅锌矿全尾砂具有含硫高、粒度极细的特点,在实验室进行了全尾砂充填料配比试验和输送特性测试.充填料配比试验研究表明,全尾砂充填体早期强度逐渐增加,后期强度呈现逐渐降低趋势,并且灰砂比越小,抗压强度降低越明显;灰砂比1:4、质量浓度72%的全尾砂胶结充填料能满足采矿工艺要求,但水泥单耗比较高.坍落度和流变特性测试表明充填料浆质量浓度在70% ~ 72%时表现出明显的膏体特征.试验研究结论为矿山充填系统建设提供了重要依据. Based on the characteristics of unclassified tailing with high sulphur and su:rperfine particle in one lead-zinc mine,laboratory experiments were carried out to study materials proportion and pipeline transportation property of the unclassified tailing backfill. The proportion test results showed that the early uniaxial compressive strength increased, while the long term compressive strength decreased. The less cement it contained, the more influence the compressive strength was. According to the results, the suitable cement-sand ratio was 1 : 4 and the best mass concentration was about 72% , but it would cost much more cement. The slump and theological property were also tested,and the results showed that the tailing backfill materials would get close to paste when the mass concentration was between 70% and 72%. The study provided reliable basis for the construction of backfilling system.
