摘要
以辽宁省荒甸子金矿工程为背景,利用3Dmine、Ventsim软件建立了该矿三维通风系统网络解算模型,并提出了2种通风系统设计方案,进行了风网解算及风流动态模拟。通过通风系统方案的对比论证,完成了通风系统的研究设计,并取得了理想的效果。结果表明,选用两条风井形成的通风网络系统,在通风管理、装机容量及风机购置成本、通风阻力及经营费用方面都占有绝对的优势,将其确定为最优通风方案。
Take Huangdianzi Gold Mine in Liaoning province as the background, 3Dmine, Ventsim software were used to establish a three-dimensional network solution model of the mine ventilation system. Two kinds of ventilation design schemes were put forward, and the ventilation network calculation and dynamic process simulation of airflow were carried out. By comparing and demonstrating the ventilation schemes, the design of the ventilation system was completed, and it has c,btained satisfying effect. The simulation results showed that it had significant advances in ventilation management, installed capacity, fan cost, ventilation resistance and operating costs when the ventilation network with two airshafts was selected. This scheme was determined as the optimal ventilation plan.
