摘要
煤矿锚杆支护技术是煤炭开采的一项关键技术。随着矿井产量和效率不断提高,淮南矿区锚杆支护率已达到90%以上。针对淮南矿区深部复杂地质条件,采用高预应力、强力锚杆支护及锚杆和锚索联合支护技术,从顶板比较稳定的煤巷,到复合、破碎的顶板巷道;从实体煤巷,到高应力、高地压的沿空掘巷,到稳定及松软的岩巷等,实现一次支护有效控制围岩变形与破坏,避免巷道多次维修。特别是锚杆全长锚固支护技术成功应用,解决了软岩、松散破碎巷道的支护技术问题,能更好地发挥岩层与锚杆杆体共同抗剪切作用,抑制围岩离层与错动,充分发挥锚固岩体的自承能力。初步解决了深井高地压复杂地质条件下的巷道快速掘进、快速支护技术难题,为矿井、工作面实现高产高效创造了条件。
Bolting is a key technology in coal mining. More than 90% roadway support in Huainan Coal Mine uses bolting support with the development of mine capacity and efficiency. In view of the complex geological conditions of Huainan mining area, high prestressing force, strengthening bolting and bolt and cable anchor combined support technology were used in the roadway support with stable or broken roof; the solid coal road or the roadway driving along goaf with high stress and pressure ; the stable and soft tunnel. It achieved the effective control of surrounding rock deformation and damage, avoided many tJlmes maintenance of roadway. Especially, the successful application of full length anchoring technology solved the problems in soft and broken roadway support, and it can develop the shear effect of rock and anchor, control the separation and flow of surrounding rock, and it gave full play to the bearing capacity of bolted rock. Preliminarily it solved the technical problems in fast driving and support :in deep well with high pressure and complicated geological conditions. It created favorable conditions for mine realizing high production and efficiency.
