摘要
以开拓煤业3#煤层为对象,采用数值模拟和井下试验的方法,对浅埋深近距离煤层回采巷道支护问题进行研究。通过地质力学测试得知:浅埋深近距离煤层回采巷道围岩仍是构造应力场,构造应力起主导作用。采用FLAC3D对比分析不同支护密度的支护效果,确定出合理的支护参数。研究表明:高预应力锚杆支护的间排距有一合理值;对于浅埋深近距离煤层回采巷道,锚杆支护间排距设为1.0 m较为合理。井下试验表明:巷道锚杆支护间排距设为1.0 m能保证巷道安全。
Taking No.3 coal seam of Kaituo Coal Industry as object,supporting problems of coal winning roadway in close distance coal seams with shallow buried depth were studied using numerical simulation and underground test.Results of geological mechanics test show that:surrounding rock of the coal winning roadway in close distance coal seams with shallow buried depth is still tectonic stress field,tectonic stress plays the leading role.Supporting effects of different bolt density have been contrastively analyzed by FLAC3 D,and a reasonable bolt row and line space was determined.Research shows that:row line space of high pre-stress bolt has a reasonable value;and a value of 1.0 m is more reasonable for the bolt row and line space for the coal winning roadway in close distance coal seams with shallow buried depth.Underground test show that:a value of 1.0 m can guarantee roadway safety.
