摘要
针对豫西新安煤田本煤层顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度低、衰减快等问题,从钻孔成型、封孔深度和封孔材料3个方面对影响封孔质量的主要因素进行了分析,通过对封孔工艺的优化,实现了深封孔、封深孔的目的。实践表明:应用新式封孔工艺后瓦斯抽采效果有了大幅提高,单孔抽采浓度在91%以上。
Aiming at the problems such as the low and fast attenuation of gas drainage concentration of bedding drillholes in current seam of Xin'an coalfield in Western Henan,the main factors affecting the quality of hole sealing were analysed from three aspects including borehole forming,sealing depth and sealing material.It made an optimization on the sealing boreholes technology,and it realized the purpose of sealing boreholes in deep area and sealing longer area in the holes.Practice shows that,the effects of gas drainage have increased greatly,single hole gas concentration can reach 91%.
