摘要
随着矿井区域瓦斯治理工程量的增加,钻机在使用过程中需要频繁地移动,职工劳动强度大。针对这一问题,裴沟矿以ZDY3200/1200型钻机为例,设计制作了全液压钻机自移平台,利用钻机自身的液压系统,实现了钻机的自动前移后退。井下现场应用表明,该平台配置合理、结构紧凑,提高了整套钻机的整体移运性能,降低了钻机搬运工的劳动强度。
With the increase of gas control quantity of mine area,drilling machines need to be moved frequently in the process of using,and the labor intensity of the worker was heavy.To solve this problem,taking ZDY3200 /1200 type drilling machine in Peigou Coal Mine as an example,self-advancing platform of fully-hydraulic drilling machine was designed.Using hydraulic system of the machine,the drilling machine can be automatically go forward and retreat.Field application shows that,the configuration of the platform is reasonable,and its structure is compact,the efficiency of overall moving for drilling machine was improved,intensity of the labor was reduced,too.
