摘要
以我国百强县政府网站作为研究对象,利用链接分析法与灰色关联度分析方法对网站的影响力进行评测分析,评价网站的建设水平与利用情况。指出我国县级政府网站之间没有太大差距且质量较高,并分析了各政府网站之间的区别与联系,为县级政府网站的改进提供参考思路。
The paper takes government websites of top 100 counties in China as research subjects, uses link analysis and gray correlation analysis to assess and analyze influences construction level and utilization of them. The paper points out that county-level government websites in China are similar and have comparatively high quality. It also explores the differences and relationships among them, so as to offer references for their improvement.
