摘要
从马斯洛需求层次理论的角度,分析目前高校图书馆绩效考核中存在的问题,从生理需求、安全需求、情感和归属需求、尊重需求、自我实现需求五个方面,探讨高校图书馆员激励机制,指出完善激励机制可为高校图书馆员提供更优的发展环境。
Basing on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, the paper analyzes existing problems in university library performance appraisal currently. The paper discusses incentive mechanism for university librarian from five aspects of physiological needs, security needs, emotion and belonging needs, esteem needs, and self-realization needs, and points out perfecting incentive mechanism can provide better development environment for university librarians.
