摘要
在水电站消防水系统中,传统通信方案是一个主站和多个从站的Modbus通信,存在严重的延时问题。提出了一种级联可编程控制器(PLC)通信解决方案,对硬件及软件通信算法进行了优化及改进,减少了PLC中央处理单元程序周期,极大地提高了通信速率和响应速度。
In fire protection water system of hydropower station,the traditional communication scheme is Modbus communication including one master station and multiple slave stations,and there is serious delay problem in this communication mode. A cascade PLC communication solution was proposed. The hardware and communication algorithm software were optimized and improved. The program period time of the central processing unit of PLC was decreased. The traffic rate and the response speed of the communication system were improved greatly.
