505例住院病人感染现患率调查与分析

A Survey and Analysis of Infection Prevalence Rate in 505 Inpatients

目的:了解医院感染基本情况,为今后开展医院感染管理工作提供依据。方法:专职人员与临床科室、医院感染管理质控小组人员配合,以科室为单位对医院2012年11月22日零点到24点期间内住院病人进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果:调查住院病人505例,医院感染4例,医院感染现患率0.79%;医院感染部位中,下呼吸道1例,手术部位感染2例,泌尿系1例;抗菌药物使用例数233例,抗菌药物使用率46.14%,治疗用药细菌培养标本送检率为49.24%。结论:现患率调查可反映医院感染现状,根据结果提示有针对性的开展目标性监测,提高病原菌送检率,规范抗菌药物的合理使用,降低医院感染发生率。

Objective：to investigate the general situation of infection at hospital so as to provide a basis for infection man-agement work at hospital in the future. Methods：An infection investigation was performed among the inpatients hospitalized from zero to 24 oˊclock,November 22,2012 by the full - time staff members and those from the quality control team of infection man-agement and clinical departments,with the results analyzed. Results：Of all 505 patient subjects,there were four cases of hospi-tal infection（1 case of lower respiratory tract infection,2 cases of surgical site infection and 1 case of urinary tract infection）, with a infection prevalence rate of 0. 79 % . There were 233 cases of antimicrobial use,with a antimicrobial use rate of 46. 14 % . The submission rate of pathogen culture specimens of antimicrobial for the treatment was 49. 24 % . Conclusion：Prevalence survey can reflect the situation of hospital infection,the results of which can conduct targeting surveillance,raise the pathogen submission rate,regulate the rational use of antimicrobial drugs and lower the incidence of hospital infection.
