成人骶尾部畸胎瘤临床分析

A Clinical Analysis of Sacrococcygeal Teratoma in Adults

目的:探讨成人骶尾部畸胎瘤的诊断与治疗。方法:对收住院的42例成人骶尾部畸胎瘤临床资料进行分析。结果:骶尾部畸胎瘤因其多发于婴幼儿和儿童时期,而成人发病率较低、病史较长,成人骶尾部畸胎瘤容易漏诊;当骶尾部畸胎瘤合并感染时容易误诊,因疾病得不到及时治疗,许多良性畸胎瘤发生恶变。结论:成人骶尾部畸胎瘤不易引起患者重视,且术前诊断较为困难,极易造成误诊及漏诊,因此,无论良性、恶性畸胎瘤患者一经确诊均需手术治疗。

Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of sacrococcygeal teratoma in adults. Methods：The clini-cal data of 42 patients with sacrococcygeal teratoma confirmed by pathological examination were analyzed. Results：It is easy to miss the diagnosis of sacrococeygeal teratoma because it chiefly occurs in infants and children,with a lower rate of occurrence and a long disease course in adults. When sacrococcygeal teratoma is accompanied by infection,it is easy to be mistaken in diagnosis and many benign sacrococcygeal teratomas could turn malignant because they failed to be treated in time. Conclusion：The diag-nosis of sacrococcygeal teratoma is easy to be missed or mistaken because it does not easily arouse the patientsˊ attention and its preoperative diagnosis is difficult. Therefore,sacrococcygeal teratoma,benign or malignant,must be removed by surgery once it is confirmed.
