高校学生在实习期间发生人身伤害事故的事件时有发生,由于目前我国法律的缺位,造成实习生受伤后索赔难的局面。因此规范和完善立法、签订内容完备的实习协议、完善商业保险机制等是维护实习生合法权益的基本保障。

University students frequently suffer from personal injury accidents during their internship, but their claims for injury is difficult to make by reason of the absence of law at present. Therefore, such measures as regulating and improving the legislation, signing a complete intern- ship agreement and bettering the commercial insurance mechanism need to be adopted to defend the legitimate rights of the interns.
