摘要
针对中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司的高压加氢裂化装置精制反应器的催化剂床层压降上升过快的问题,采用将原FZC系列保护剂部分更换为FBN系列保护剂的方法对装置进行了改造。工业应用表明,在原料劣质化的前提下,改造后装置经过2 a多的运行,系列Ⅰ加氢精制反应器(装填FBN保护剂)的催化剂床层最高压降为140 k Pa,低于改造前(210 k Pa)。无论在适应性,还是容垢、拦截杂质能力等方面,FBN保护剂均优于FZC者。
According to the problems of pressure drop increasing quickly in catalyst bed of high pressure hydrocracking purification reactor, a revamping was performed by partially replacing FZC guard catalyst series with FBN series in Yangzi Petrochemical Co Ltd. The results showed that in more than 2 years operation after revamping, although the material oil was deteriorated in its quality, the highest pressure drop decreased to 140 kPa in the catalyst bed of series I purification reactor with FBN series guard catalyst,lower than that (210 kPa) before revamping, indicating FBN was superior to FZC in adaptability, resistance to fouling and ability of intercepting impu- rities.
