摘要
中国石油兰州石化公司的氨氮化合物污水处理装置采用空气吹脱、加硫酸吸收的闭气汽提工艺,用以处理分子筛及全白土装置产生的高氨氮化合物污水。应用Aspen Plus软件,采用ELECNRTL活度系数法,对装置进行了模拟。结果表明,污水p H值及碱消耗量的模拟值与实际值相近,即所选用的模拟软件能够较为准确地反映出装置的实际生产情况。在常规操作中,进入汽提塔的污水p H值应控制在11.5±0.2。循环气及污水中的氨氮化合物含量与汽提塔排水氨氮化合物含量成正比。随着进入汽提塔污水温度的升高,排水氨氮化合物含量降低。
The wastewater with high ammonia - nitrogen compound content produced from molecular sieve and carclazyte units was treated by the air stripping and sulfuric acid absorption process in the ammonia- nitrogen compound treatment unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. The process was simulated with ELECNRTL activity coefficient method using Aspen Plus software. The results showed that the calculated values of wastewater pH value and alkaline consumption were close to the actual values,which meant the model could accurately reflect the actual production conditions. In normal operation, the pH value of wastewater fed into the stripper should be controlled at 11. 5 ± 0. 2. The amount of ammonia - nitrogen compounds in recycle gas and wastewater was proportional to that in the drainage from the stripper. As the wastewater temperature increased, the ammonia- nitrogen compounds in drainage reduced.
