摘要
将SMART原则引入到医院绩效规划过程中,从明确项目、设置指标、现实性和相关性评估、偏差调整、完成时间限定等方面全方位提升医院绩效规划管理水平,使医院的绩效管理更具科学性、系统性。完善的绩效规划系统在医院各部门协调配合的动态管理过程中,实现个人价值的最大化和医院价值的全面提升。
To introduce the SMART principle to the hospital performance planning in order to upgrade all aspects of performance planning and management,work should be done from establishing specific goals,setting up index,assessing the reality and relevance of the planning,adjusting deviation,and limiting the completion time. It will make the hospital performance management more scientific and more systematic. The performance planning system,under the dynamic adjustment of various departments’ coordination,will realize the comprehensive promotion of hospital and maximize the value of the individuals.
