摘要
从石林水稻根际土壤筛选分离到一株细菌LL。经形态结构、生理生化测定及16S rRNA序列分析,鉴定为甲基营养性芽孢杆菌(Bacillus methylotrophilus)。室内拮抗烟草疫霉(Phytophthoraparasitica var.nicotianae)试验表明LL菌株对烟草疫霉菌有较好的抑制作用,抑菌圈直径达到1.1 cm,经烟草温室盆栽、田间小区试验,温室盆栽、田间小区防效试验,防治效果分别达到73.23%,66.98%。与58%甲霜灵-锰锌WP 500倍液防治效果相当(分别为69.67%和65.85%)。LL菌株的16S rRNA基因序列在Gen Bank的注册登录号为KF683169。
A rice rhizosphere soil bacteria LL was screening and isolated from rice field in Stone Forest County. Base on its morphological, physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, LL was identified as methyl nutritional bacillus (Bacillus methylotrophilus). In vitro antago- nistic assay showed LL could suppress the growth of Phytophthoraparasitica var. nicotianae, and showed strong antibiosis activity with inhibition zone diameter of 1.1 cm. The control effects of pot trial in green house and field plot trial reached 73.23% , 66.98%. Control Effects of LL and 58% metal- axyl mancozeb WP (diluted 500 times) , which were 69.67% and 65.85% respectively, were close to each other. The 16S rRNA gene sequence of LL was registered in GenBank and the accession No. is KF683169.
