摘要
以薰衣草为添加物,运用GC/MS分析添加不同比例薰衣草的梗膏成分,并用梗膏进行涂布制成再造烟叶卷烟样品,进行抽吸评价。结果表明:通过GC/MS分析从处理的梗膏中鉴定出57种已知化合物,从对照样中共鉴定54种已知化合物,共有的化合物有45种,主要是糠醛、苯乙醛、萜品烯、棕榈酸、雪松醇等。随着薰衣草添加比例的增加,醛类、醇类、酯类和致香物质总含量呈逐渐增加的趋势。评吸结果显示薰衣草添加量为1.0%时可修饰卷烟香气,提高烟气甜润、细腻程度,降低刺激性和协调烟香。
The constituents of stem paste to which reconstituted tobacco material containing different proportion of lavender were added, isolated and identified by GC/MS. Reconstituted tobacco sample was made by coating from stems paste, and then applied in cigarette as a flavor. The results showed that: There were 57 kinds of known compounds identified from stem paste by adding different propor- tions of lavender. There were 54 kinds of known compounds were identified from stem paste by blank control. Forty-five kinds of compounds were the same, the main constituents were furfural, benzeneac- etaldehyde, 1-methyl-d- ( 1-methylethyl ) -1, 4-cyelohexadiene, n-hexadecanoie acid, cedrol etc. The contents of aldehydes, alcohol esters, and total aroma increased as the increase of the adding pro- portions of lavender. Smoking results showed that addition of 1.0% lavender could enhance tobacco a- roma, improve the smooth, reduce irritancy and harmonize the aroma.
