摘要
为使宁夏电网输配电网全景仿真实验室动态安全评估系统实现对调度生产运行的在线支撑,通过调控中心-实验室在线-离线一体化的功能设计,实现了系统对运行电网安全稳定性进行全方位、多场景、多角度的评估。调控中心在线系统接入电网在线运行数据,运用高性能计算机群并行计算分析,实验室离线支持系统对关键断面进行扩展分析。应用结果表明:动态安全评估系统的实施,深度支撑了电网调度生产运行,同时也验证了设计方案的科学性和合理性。
In order to make dynamic security evaluation system of panorama simulation laboratory for Ningxia Power Grid transmission & distribution grid online supporting dispatching operation,by dispatching center with laboratory and online with offline integration functional design,realize multiple scene,multiple angle and comprehensive evaluation for security and stability of the power grid. The power grid online operating data was accessed into online system of dispatching control center made parallel calculation and analysis by high-performance computers,laboratory offline supports extended analysis of the system for key cross-sections,The application result shows that the realization of dynamic security evaluation system deeply supports dispatching operation of power grid,and verifies scientificalness and rationality of the designed scheme.
