摘要
为解决高碱性、高悬浮物电石渣浆废水较难净化处理的问题,通过实验室模拟试验初选和现场验证,选取混凝剂最优投加量,使电石渣浆废水处理系统混凝去除效果有了较大提升。优化结果表明:GSP-50阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺对于高碱性废水具有良好效果,药剂投加浓度控制在1.667mg/L左右具有较高的经济性。
In order to solve the problem to deal with the high-alkalinity,high suspended substance of calcium carbide slag slurry wastewater,by laboratory simulated test and locale verification,selects optimum adding amounts of coagulant,greatly improves coagulant scaling effects of calcium carbide slag slurry wastewater treatment system. The optimization result shows that GSP -50 cation polyacrylamide has better effect for high-alkalinity wastewater treatment,it has higher economy for the concentration of coagulant control about 1.667 mg/L.
