摘要
文章介绍了两种国产聚丙烯催化剂在神华宁夏煤业集团烯烃公司50万吨/年聚丙烯装置上的应用情况。通过试用,两种国产催化剂对反应器的温度影响较小,PG催化剂活性、三剂消耗量与进口催化剂一致;BCND-II催化剂与进口催化剂相比,活性较低,氢调敏感性相对要差,在今后的应用过程中,需要催化剂厂家进行相应的调整。
Two kinds of domain catalyst were used in 500 kta PP plant of olefin department of Shenhua coal chemical company. According to the test run, both domain catalysts have small effluence to the temperature of the reactor. The activity、co-catalyst consumption of PG catalyst are same with import catalyst; compared with import catalyst, BCND-II catalyst has lower activity、hydrogen sensitive. Adjustment is needed the vendor of domain catalyst to do according to the test run.
