摘要
以1-甲基-3-(3-羰基环己基-1-烯)-1H-六氢氮杂卓-2-酮为原料,经过脱氢芳构化、乙基化、对接、氢化铝锂还原制备了盐酸美普他酚有关物质,中间体及目标化合物经过1HNMR、MS表征。
3-（3-ethoxyphenyl）-3-ethyl-1-methylazepane was produced from 1-methyl-3-（3-oxocyclohex-1-enyl）azepan-2-one via dehydrogenation aromatization, ethylation, docking, Lithium Aluminium Hydride reduction. The intermediates and target compound were characterized by 1H NMR, MS.
