摘要
本文研究了具有反硝化功能的菌群和铜绿菌种、具有硝化功能的菌群在有氧条件下除氮的效果,结果表明:硝化菌群有明显去除氨氮的作用;反硝化菌群对硝态氮的去除效果很明显,铜绿菌其次;亚硝酸盐是三个反应体系中的中间产物,然而其生成量显著低于体系中其它氮素的含量。在填料密度为20%时的总氮去除效果显著高于填料密度为10%时的效果。由水体p H值的变化表明:反硝化和铜绿菌体系存在着有氧条件下以反硝化生物反应为主导。
This paper studied the denitrogenation effect of denitrifying bacteria, pseudomonas aeruginosa and nitrifying bacteria under the aerobic conditions. It was observed that nitrifying bacteria have obvious effect of removing ammonium nitrogen; Denitrifying bacteria have obvious effect on removing nitrate nitrogen. The effect of pseudomonas aeruginosa is the last. Nitrite is the intermediate product in the three reaction systems. However, its production was lower than other nitrogen content in the system significantly. The total nitrogen removal efficiency of 20 % packing density is higher then 10%.The change of water p H showed that denitrifying bacteria and pseudomonas aeruginosa have denitrifying biological response under the aerobic conditions.
