中山市小榄污水处理厂污泥脱水优化试验研究

摘要 剩余污泥处理处置费用是构成污水处理厂运营成本的重要组成部分,确定好污泥脱水最佳投药量对于节省运营成本、提高运营水平具有重要意义。研究中通过烧杯试验探究了适合小榄污水处理厂剩余污泥泥质的最佳PAM药剂型号,并对选定的药品进行现场试验。结果表明,投加型号"5"药剂污泥成团持续次数最高,为最佳型号;脱水后污泥含水率随着药耗增加呈缓慢下降的趋势,当绝干污泥药耗为4 kg/tds时,剩余污泥含水率可由98.71%降低至79.55%,该工况下污泥处理处置成本最优。 The cost of excess sludge disposal constitutes an important part of the sewage treatment plant operating costs, therefore the determination of the optimum dosage for sludge dewatering is of great significance to save operating costs and improve the level of operating. The research explored the best PAM agent model for excess sludge in Xiaolan sewage treatment plant and field tested the selected one. Results showed that the model "5" was the best as the formed sludge lasted for the most times. The moisture content of dewatering sludge decreased with the increase of agent consumption, while the agent consumption of dry sludge remained 4 kg/tds, the moisture content of dewatering sludge was reduced by 98.71 % to 79.55 %, under which the sludge disposal cost was optimal.
