摘要
U型管式换热器多使用在机械、化工、供热等换热行业,文章使用ANSYS软件,按实际尺寸建立三维有限元模型,模拟实际工况,计算该换热器所能承受的最大应力强度,结果显示该换热器满足强度条件。
The U-tube heat exchanger often used in machinery, chemical industry, and heating industries, the article uses ANSYS software, according the actual size to establish the three-dimensional finite element model, and simulating actual working conditions. The calculation can withstand the maximum stress strength, the results showed that the heat exchanger meet the strength conditions.
