摘要
油田开采采用含氮采油助剂,导致直馏石脑油中含氮量偏高且不稳定,其硫、氮等杂质组分含量也不稳定。原料中氮含量的升高,对催化重整装置产生了不利的影响,例如预加氢循环氢系统铵盐结晶。文章以该公司催化重整装置为载体,研究了氯含量对该装置预加氢循环氢系统的影响,并提出了一些有效的改进措施。
Oil field using nitrogen drilling additives, which leads to the high nitrogen content in the straight-run naphtha and unstable, the content of impurities such as sulfur, nitrogen components is unstable. The increase of nitrogen content in the raw material, has adverse effect on the catalytic reforming unit, such as hydrogenation circulating hydrogen system of ammonium salt crystallization. Based on the catalytic reforming unit as the carrier, chlorine content on the device is studied the effect of hydrogenation circulating hydrogen system, and puts forward some effective improvement measures.
