摘要
根据GB/T 4340.1-2009《金属材料维氏硬度试验第1部分:试验方法》对某铝合金挤压管进行了显微维氏硬度试验,对不确定度的主要来源进行了分析,并依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》对试验结果进行了不确定度评定。结果表明:当包含因子k=2,置信概率为95%时,该铝合金挤压管的显微维氏硬度测定结果为(45.1±1.5)HV0.2。
According to GB/T 4340.1-2009 "Metallic materials-Vickers hardness test-Part 1: Test method", the micro Vickers hardness test was done to an aluminum alloy extruded tube. The main sources of uncertainty were analyzed, and uncertainty for the micro Vickers hardness test results was evaluated on the base of JJF 1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement". When a coverage factor k =2, confidence probability of 95.45 %, the micro Vickers hardness measurement results of the aluminum alloy extruded tube was(45.1±1.5) HV0.2.
