摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定地表水中的钒。测试结果表明,钒的检测线性范围为0~40μg/L,相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率在94%~98%之间。检出限为0.0146μg/L,远远低于地表水国家标准限制值0.05 mg/L。结果表明石墨炉原子吸收光谱法可快速、准确的测定地表水中钒。
Applied graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) to determine Vanadium ion in Surface water. The experimental results showed that the detection linear range is 0~40 μg/L with relative standard deviations less than 5 % and adding standard recovery of 94 %~98 %. The detection limit is 0.0146 μg/L, which is much lower than the national standard limit of 0.05 mg/L for surface water. Proved that the method can be used to determine Vanadium ion in Surface water.
