随着社会经济体制改革的不断深入,化工产业与国民经济联系密切,对化工各种人才需求也日夜增加。近些年,苏北高职高专的化工专业面临招生困境,培养学生的数量远远不能满足化工企业对各类化工人才的需求。文章针对化工专业面临招生困境影响要素提出分析与思考。

With the development of the social economic system reform and the more and more close contact between chemical industries and national economy, the manpower demands of various chemical majors have greatly increased. But in recent years, the chemical majors in the higher vocational and academic institutions in the northern Jiangsu are facing a predicament of enrolment, and the graduate numbers of those majors are far from meeting the demands of the chemical industries. The article is putting forward the analysis and thinking on the influence elements of the enrolment predicament.
