纤维桩在后牙残根残冠修复中的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较玻璃纤维桩核与金属烤瓷全冠修复后牙残冠、残根的效果。方法选择70例患者(年龄25-50岁)共155颗经过完善根管治疗的后牙残冠、残根患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,A组80颗植入玻璃纤维桩后行烤瓷冠修复,B组75颗植入金属铸造桩核行烤瓷冠修复,进行6个月至2年的随访。结果 A组基牙根折2例,纤维桩折1例,修复体松动1例;B组基牙根折4例,修复体松动2例,牙周炎者1例,根尖周炎者2例,A组修复成功率高于B组(95.0%比88.0%, P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩核修复残冠、残根是一种操作简便、省时、临床疗效好的修复方法。
