江门地区既有住宅建筑围护结构节能潜力分析

A Study of Energy-saving Potential of Envelop Enclosures for Existing Residential Buildings in Jiangmen

以江门市常见的既有住宅类型为研究对象,利用天正节能计算软件进行模拟计算,分析了该类型建筑围护结构整体的节能潜力,分别对屋面、外墙、外窗不同节能改造措施的节能效果进行研究,并从技术特点、改造成本上对节能改造措施进行对比分析,讨论了各围护结构的最佳节能改造措施.

Taking the common type of residential structures in Jiangmen as the research object, we conduct simulation calculations using the software TBEC8.0, analyze the energy-saving potential of the envelop enclosure of the structures, study the effect of energy-saving measures taken to roofing, outer walls, and exterior windows, make a comparative study of the energy-saving measures from the angle of technical characteristics and renovation costs, and discuss the optimal energy-saving measures for various envelop enclosures.
