摘要 目的建立同时测定炎可宁片中盐酸药根碱、黄芩苷、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱、大黄素和大黄酚含量的HPLC方法。方法 Gemini-NX C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈(A)-0.1 mol·L^-1磷酸(三乙胺调节p H值至3.0)(B),梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 m L·min^-1,检测波长:265nm,柱温:35℃。结果盐酸药根碱、黄芩苷、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱、大黄素和大黄酚的线性分别为2.368~47.36、3.257~130.29、1.098~21.96、2.735~109.40、0.832~66.56和0.944~75.52mg·L^-1,相关系数r分别为0.999 9、0.999 9、0.999 9、0.999 9、0.999 9和0.999 9,平均回收率分别为:94.7%、101.1%、120.6%、120.2%、100.2%、100.5%。各阴性无干扰,各组分基线分离,无其他组分峰影响。结论本方法适宜于炎可宁片中多指标成分的同时分析和质量控制。 Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of 6 kinds components in four medicinal herbs of Yankening tablets at the same time. Methods The method was conducted on a C18 chromatographic column( Gemini NX 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),with acetonitrile( A)- 0. 1 mol·L^- 1phosphoric acid( the p H value was adjusted by triethylamine)( B) as mobile phase in gradient elution,the flowrate was1. 0 m L·min- 1,and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. Results The linear ranges of jatrorrhizine hydrochloride,baicalin,palmatine hydrochloride,berberine hydrochloride,emodin,chrysophanol were2. 368- 47. 36,3. 257- 130. 29,1. 098- 21. 96,2. 735- 109. 40,0. 832- 66. 56 and 0. 944-75. 52 mg·L^- 1,respectively. The coefficient of correlation,r,were 0. 999 9,0. 999 9,0. 999 9,0. 999 9,0. 999 9 and 0. 999 9,respectively. The average percentage of recovery were 94. 7%,101. 1%,120. 6%,120. 2%,100. 2% and 100. 5%,respectively. The negative sample was validated without interference,and good sample separation was observed without impurity peak effect. Conclusion This method is fast and feasible,and meet the requirements for the simultaneous analysis and the quality control of Yankening tablets.
