论艺术特岗教师管理视域中的生命关怀

ON CARING FOR ART TEACHERS' LIFE IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF MANAGEMENT

基于艺术学科在整个学校教育中边缘地位的现实,艺术特岗教师在农村学校以"普通人"和"特殊人"的双重身份存在。关怀艺术特岗教师的生命,除了改善客观不利的环境,还应及时呵护现有的积极心态。对艺术特岗教师生命整体的关怀是一个系统的工程。要实现这种关怀,美国的ESS项目、TFA计划以及我国民国时期的乡村教育运动能带给我们诸多的启示。

Based on the fact that the art discipline is in edge position of the whole school education, art teachers in rural school have the dual identity of“ordinary people”and “special person”. Caring for art teacher＆#39;s life, we m ust not only im prove adverse environm ent but also should take care of existing positive psychology. It is a system engineering to care for art teachers＇ life. To be realize, here＇ a little advice that m ight help us.
