摘要
地方高校学报因不同的原因,面临着各种各样的困难,如何使地方高校学报持续、良性发展成为了很现实的问题。应该从拓宽办刊渠道,争取足够办刊资金、拓展稿源渠道,提高稿件质量、强化采编程序,严把编校质量关等几方面着力,促进地方高校学报健康发展。
Local journals of colleges and universities, faced with all kinds of difficulties for different reasons. Howto make the local university journals develop continually and benignly has become a realistic problem. We should broaden the channels, fight for obtaining money, expand channels to get good articles, improve the quality of the manuscript, strengthen the editorial process as well as take strict management on the quality, putting forward the healthy development.
