法国是拉丁公证制度的典型代表,其公证法律责任制度臻于完善,其公证法律责任主体制度、公证法律责任类型与形式制度和公证法律责任保障制度值得我国借鉴.我国应尽快完善这三方面的法律制度,以进一步发挥公正的社会功能,促进社会的和谐稳定.
France is the typical represent of the Latin notary system, and its notary legal responsibility policy is almost perfect. The nota- ry legal responsibility subject regulation, the notary legal responsibility category and policy, and the notary responsibility security system of France are three outstanding aspects that China should especially learn from. We ought to make improvements in these areas as soon as possible to perfect the justified social functions, and boost the harmony and stability of our society.
