探讨血小板参数对先天性心脏病术后监测的临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨先天性心脏病患者术前及术后血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板比容(PCT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)测定的临床意义。方法检测75例先天性心脏病患者术前及术后的PLT、MPV、PCT和PDW,分紫绀型、非紫绀型先天性心脏病两组,分别与同期健康对照组PLT、MPV、PDW和PCT进行比较。结果紫绀型先天性心脏病组术前PLT较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),MPV较对照组则显著升高(P<0.05);术后MPV仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。非紫绀型先天性心脏病组术前MPV、PCT高于对照组(P<0.05);术后MPV仍高于对照组(P<0.05),PLT、PDW低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论先天性心脏病患者术后血小板参数检测对指导临床治疗及判断病人预后有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of platelet count (PLT),mean platelet volume (MPV),Plateletcrit (PCT) and Platelet distribution width (PDW) of congenital heart disease with preoperative and postoperative.Methods To determination PLT,MPV,PDW and PCT of 75 cases of congenital heart disease with preoperative and postoperative,to be divided into cyanotic congenital heart disease group and acyanotic congenital heart disease group,respectively compared to the healthy control group.Results The cyanotic congenital heart disease group PLT preoperative was significantly lower than the control group (P 〈 0.05),and the MPV was significantly (P 〈 0.05) higher than the control group,Postoperative MPV was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈 0.05).The acyanotic congenital heart disease group,preoperative MPV,PCT were higher than that of control group (P 〈 0.05),postoperative MPV was higher than that of control group (P 〈 0.05).PLT,PDW were lower than the control group (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion To determination platelet parameters is significant to guide clinical treatment and judge prognosis for congenital heart disease patients postoperatively.
