小切口非超声乳化手术与超声乳化治疗白内障的对比研究

Comparison of Small Incision Non-Phacoemulsification Surgery and Phacoemulsification for Cataract

目的探讨小切口非超声乳化手术在白内障治疗中的应用价值。方法将80例白内障患者按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗,观察组采用小切口非超声乳化手术治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果、并发症发生情况及治疗费用。结果 2组术后视力>0.5的比率均显著高于术前(P<0.05);对照组术后1d视力>0.5的比率显著高于观察组(P<0.05);术后1周、1个月时,2组视力>0.5的比率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的治疗费用显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小切口非超声乳化治疗白内障的疗效较好,且费用低、操作简便、易于推广,适合在广大基层医院开展。

Objective To explore the value of small incision non-phacoemulsification surgery in the treatment of cataract.Methods Eighty patients with cataract were assigned to receive either phacoemulsification cataract extraction （control group,n=40）or small incision non-phacoemulsi-fication surgery （observation group,n=40）.The efficacy,incidence of complications and cost of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The percentage of patients with visu-al acuity〉0.5 significantly increased after treatment in both groups （P 〈0.05）.Furthermore,the percentage of patients with visual acuity〉0.5 in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group 1 day after treatment （P 〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the percentage of patients with visual acuity〉0.5 between the two groups 1 week and 1 month after operation （P 〉0.05）.Moreover,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complica-tions between the two groups after operation （P 〉0.05）.However,the cost of treatment in ob-servation group was significantly less than that in control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Small in-cision non-phacoemulsification surgery is effective,simple and economical for treating cataract. Therefore,this method is suitable for promotion in grassroots hospitals.
