介绍以再生金原料,经王水溶解后(氯金酸HAu Cl4溶液),再用亚硫酸钠还原成成品金的工艺.研究了温度、浓度等工艺参数对成品成色的影响和控制杂质元素的措施,实现了低成本、高效率提纯再生金的目的.
This paper presents the gold reduction process which uses regenerated gold as raw material, after being dissolved by aqua regia (HAuCl4 chloroauric acid solution) and then sodium sulfite was added as the reducing agent. The paper studies the process parameters such as the temperature and concentration that can affect the fineness of gold, as well as the measures that control the impurity elements. The process has achieved the objective of purifying regenerated gold with low cost and high efficiency.
