摘要
韶钢4、5、6号3台烧结机投产后,烧结用破碎生产熔剂矿消耗量逐年增加,现需求量在55万t/a以上,供料车间雨季生产频繁出现弹簧钢丝网黏贴堵筛孔,熔剂筛分遇到极大困难.为解决黏贴堵筛孔,开展HPM聚氨酯筛板现场生产试验,通过试验结论研讨,对于聚氨酯筛板应用于烧结熔剂筛分可行性进行分析论证.
After the Sintering machines 4#, 5#, and 6# at Shaosteel were put into operation, sintering flux consisted of crushed ores increases year by year, its demand now increases to 550,000 tons / year. The spring steel meshes were frequently blocked in the material supply workshop during raining seasons, it is difficult to sieve the flux. To solve the congestion, adhesive blocking sieve, HPM polyurethane is tested on site. The test conclusions are discussed in order to demonstrate and analyze the feasibility of applying the polyurethane sieve in screening the sintefing flux.
