摘要
瑞典学习圈经过近百年的发展,积累了丰富的经验,为我国非正规成人教育的发展提供了新的视角和契机。我国发展非正规成人教育应积极借鉴瑞典学习圈的成功之处,做到:第一,注重民主平等观念,确保非正规成人教育的公平性和民主性;第二,强调灵活性和多样性,确保非正规成人教育的生机与活力;第三,破除障碍、管理规范,确保非正规成人教育的规范和高效;第四,成本低效益高、增强自主性,确保非正规成人教育发展后劲充足。
The Study Circle in Sweden has developed for almost a century, and has accumulated a wealth of experience, which would give many insights to the non-formal adult education in China. Firstly, ideologically, principle of democracy and equality shall be upheld. Secondly, practically, flexible and diverse approaches shall be adopted. Thirdly, managerially, normalization would be attended to. Last but not least, economically, sustainable development shall be the alternative.
