Curative effect of noninvasive ventilation in COPD combined with respiratory failure

目的 探讨无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效.方法 对25例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者,在常规治疗的基础上联合无创正压通气治疗,观察临床疗效.结果 本组患者治疗有效率为80％.结论 无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭疗效确切.

Objective To explore the curative effect of noninvasive ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） combined with respiratory failure. Methods Routine treatment plus noninvasive positive pressure ventilation （NPPV） was given to 25 COPD patients with respiratory failure, curative effects were observed. Results The effective rate of the patients was 80 %. Conclusion The NPPV has a precise effect in the treatment of COPD with respiratory failure.
