The role of ward quality control team leader in psychiatric nursing management

目的 探讨病区质控组长在精神科护理管理中的作用.方法 在病区选拔优秀护理骨干担任质控组长,按制定的岗位职责及工作目标责任书在病区协助护士长开展质量控制.结果 设立质控组长后,病区基础护理、护理文书、安全检查、健康教育、物资备用、急救物品备用各项指标考核结果及患者满意度、评星级考核结果均较实施前显著提高.结论 设立病区质控组长是缓解病房管理压力的有效措施,是提高护理质量的有效途径.

Objective To explore the role of ward quality control team leader in psychiatric nursing management. Methods Quality control team leaders were selected from excellent nursing core members and they assisted head nurse in developing quality control according to established duties and work target responsibility. Results After the establishment of quality control team leader basic nursing, nursing document, security check, health education, matter readiness, first-aid article readiness check-up results as well as patients＇ satisfaction and star check-up results improved more significantly compared pre-establishment. ConcLusion The establishment of quality control team leader is an effective measure to relieve ward management pressure and an effective way to improve nursing quality.
