目的 探讨循环滚动护理交班模式在心理科的应用效果.方法 我科创新改革晨会交班模式,每日晨会夜班护士交班后,由1名责任护士对本组所负责的患者进行全面的交班,并由病区主任与护士长进行现场点评及提问.结果 通过循环滚动交班模式的改革,护士的语言表达能力和专业水平得到了显著提升,护士责任心加强,护理质量与安全得到保证,融洽了护患关系,医生与护士沟通增强.结论 循环滚动交班模式的应用有利于提高护理人员的整体形象和综合素质,更有利于为患者提供优质护理服务、提高患者及家属的满意度.

Objective To explore the application effect of circular rolling nursing shift mode in psychological department. Methods Our department reformed shift mode of morning conference-after night nurse＇s shift all patients＇ shifts of her/his team were made by a responsibility nurse, spot reviews and questions carried out by ward director and head nurse. Results Via the reform of circular rolling nursing shift mode nurses＇ language expression and professional levels were improved significantly, nurses＇ responsibility reinforced, nursing quality and safety guaranteed, nurse-patient relationships harmonized, and doctor and nurse communications strengthened. Conclusion The application of Circular rolling nursing shift mode is beneficial to the improvement of nurses ＇ overall image and comprehensive quality and more beneficial to the provision of high quality nursing service and the improvement of family＇s and patients＇ satisfaction.
