摘要
住房保障政策已成为政府实现社会经济目标的重要手段。通过运用VAR模型的脉冲响应函数分析,研究结果表明,住房保障政策具有扩大投资、拉动经济增长的功能,对经济的刺激具有长期影响效应。
China urban housing policy has become an important means to realize social economic goal.By using VAR model,impulse response function analysis,the results show that housing policy has the function of expanding investment,stimulating economic growth and the long-term positive effect on economic stimulation.
