1∶2金属偶氮络合物的合成、表征及光热性能

摘要 将2-氨基-4-硝基苯酚、4-叔戊基-2-氨基-6-硝基苯酚与2-萘酚偶合得到的2种偶合物与三氯化铬进行络合反应,合成了3种黑色的金属偶氮络合物。采用元素分析、红外光谱对络合物进行了结构表征,采用热重分析、紫外可见吸收光谱对络合物进行了光热性能研究。结果表明,合成的系列络合物的元素组成、化学结构与目标化合物一致。该系列络合物5%的热失重温度分别为358.85℃、322.25℃、365.14℃,具有良好的热稳定性;在550~650nm有强的吸收峰。 Three types of black azo-metal complexes were synthesized by chromium chloride linked with the azo complexes,which were prepared by 2-amino-4-nitrophenol,4-tert-amyl-2-amino-6-nitrophenol coupling with2-naphthol.The chemical structure of azo-metal complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy.Optical-thermal properties of azo-metal complexes were investigated by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).Results showed that the elemental compositions and chemical structures of these complexes obtained were the same as that of target compounds,these complexes had good thermal stability,the 5% weight loss temperatures were 358.85 ℃,322.25 ℃,365.14 ℃,respectively,and had strong absorption peaks at 550~650nm.
